UK Shipping
Free 48-Hour Delivery:
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery. This service is included in the price of postage at checkout.
24-Hour Tracked Delivery (Optional):
If you’d like your order sooner, you can choose Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked Delivery at checkout for an additional cost.
Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your order appears to be lost, we’ll investigate with Royal Mail using the tracking details, GPS co-ordinates, and their internal systems. Please allow reasonable time for Royal Mail to complete their investigation before a resolution is provided.
International Shipping
United States Orders:
All US orders have tariff and import fees included in the delivery cost. This means there are no additional charges upon delivery — all fees are fully covered at checkout.
Other International Orders:
Delivery times and prices vary depending on the destination and courier used.
Lost or Delayed Parcels (International):
In the event of a lost package, we will open an investigation with the courier used. Please note that international delivery services do not accept lost parcel claims until 30 days after posting. We appreciate your patience while we work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
